About this role:

We are looking for a high-energy, forward-thinking individual with an understanding of and interest in digital marketing activities to join us in scaling Carousell in our next phase of growth. This role reports to the Head of Performance Marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute all performance marketing campaigns across multiple markets and categories, particularly in paid social and display
• Understand user behaviour, and be familiar with our product features to create campaigns catering to the right target segments with appropriate content
• Work closely with the local and regional marketing teams to provide support in achieving targets through the use of various channels
• Analyze data to optimise campaigns, and provide post-campaign analysis
• Manage multiple projects within a given timeline and budget
• Work on other ad hoc tasks as required by the company

Requirements:

• Interested in digital/performance marketing, and are comfortable with numbers
• Someone with very good analytical skills, a creative mind and a keen eye for detail
• A strong team player who is collaborative, and also able to carry out tasks independently
• Able to communicate effectively and confidently
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
