Job description:

We're looking for someone who has experience as a developer or technical engineer in footwear industry. The success candidate is expected to be the leader of the project , he/ she need to lead the team conducts all the related trails during the shoes development stage and able to guide team through all the difficulities.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for accurate, timely PFC generated to BOL at all stages.

2. Responsible for tech package transferring from development to operation; ensuring the successful product commercialization into mass production.

3. Responsible for technical problem and risk prevention and solving from initial pattern trial to mass production.

4. Responsible for process standardization, efficiency and optimization.

5. Responsible for training, coaching, guiding team for process engineering excellent.

6. Responsible for contact window to NIKE PMO about technical matters related to PFC.

7. Build and maintain strong & trust in customer relation and confidence.

Tasks:

1. Lead the trial meetings with respective departments; analyze feature on new pattern and tooling (jigs, tools) construction in order to provide feedback/suggestion to smooth both trials and mass production.

2. Plan, run and track sample trials; ensure trials and PFC are aligned; give feedback/suggestion/solutions to Development and Engineering team after trials for improvement.

3. Manage trials for both internal and external product transfer process.

4. Enhance team's technical capability through training and coaching fresh and junior engineers. Collect, analyze and share best practices in pattern making and trial running in order to help team learn from experience and prevent problems.

5. Find out and facilitate improvement opportunities.

Requirements

Requirements:

- At least 3 years working in relevant position in footwear industries.

- Knowledge of shoe development and manufacturing processes

- Knowledge of pattern development, materials

- Cross-functional collaboration skills; strong team player with ability to multi-task in deadline-driven environment.

- Organizational skills and data analytical skills

- Creative thinking for problem solving.
