The Digital Acquisition & Marketing Manager is a developing professional role. Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. Good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the subfunction/ job family. Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information. Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact. Applies professional judgment when interpreting data and results. Breaks down information in a systematic and communicable manner. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. Moderate but direct impact through close contact with the businesses' core activities. Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of digital acquisition strategies, and implement best-in-class practices across paid and owned channels
  • Drive digital acquisition growth through understanding the competitive landscape, optimizing existing channel performance, and identifying new technologies to improve the media efficiency
  • Manage the sales funnel performance by leveraging a data-first approach. Understand fall-out points throughout the conversion funnel and develop initiatives to increase yield and scale volume
  • Work with internal stakeholders (including product, legal, compliance, information security, data & analytics, and public relations departments) and external parties (including media buying and creative agencies) in creative development that is designed for digital channels to deliver sales results
  • Lead and execute the test and learn agenda across product, creative, media and digital customer experience for all screen sizes. Establish a framework for measurement for digital channel performance, including KPIs, benchmarks, and acceptable ROI
  • Deliver key insights to business partners to continuously grow current and new portfolios. Design customer-centric digital sales experiences and engineer a communication framework relevant and impactful to the customers
  • Develop customer retention strategy and enhance customer relationship to achieve sales target; review the performance weekly with the regional taskforces.

    Citi has entered into an agreement with DBS to acquire its consumer bank in Taiwan which includes credit cards, loans, retail banking, and wealth management. The sale is expected to complete in July 2023 . As this is a role to work in Citi’s consumer bank, the successful candidate will initially be employed by Citi, but on sale completion, their employment will transfer to DBS that will employ Citi’s consumer bank employees, prior to their transfer to DBS.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    • 3-6 years experience in digital marketing; digital sales/e-commerce experience is preferred
    • Expert knowledge in digital paid media including PPC, display, affiliates and social
    • Experience in web traffic (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.) and personalization/testing platforms (Adobe Target) tools
    • Strong understanding of martech/adtech stacks tools and capabilities necessary to work with big data across the organization
    • Asia market experience necessary

    Education:

    • Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience
