Media Performance Specialist

Job Description

  • Collaborate with media planners to build the holistic campaign structure, budget allocation, and key performance metrics with clear rationale.
  • Set up, implement, optimize, and report an ad based on key performance metrics on specificdigital platforms
  • Drive tactical execution including display, video, search, mobile, and social
  • Analyse and recommend optimization solutions to tactical channel activation and holisticcampaign
  • Maintain regular communications and checkpoints with internal teams (CS, Media Team, and other teams when applicable) to report on the campaign's status (roadmap, operational details/ requirements), and future opportunities/ movements withdrawn from real-time performance/ data and insights
  • Collaborate and liaise with media owners, agency partners, and internal teams to ensure alldeliverables are met/launched on time
  • Manage partner’s deliverables including regular reports and ad hoc needs
  • Develop and visualization reports with clear implications based on actual results and
  • insightsUnderstand the end-to-end financial process, execute day-to-day finance operations and admin with accuracy with internal teams, vendors, and clients

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in Digital media Fundamental capabilities in media performance, data analysis, and data-driven marketing
  • Sufficient planning knowledge on Google and, Facebook; especially Google paid search
  • Hands-on experience on advertising technology platforms (Google, Facebook Ads
  • Manager, DSP...), and ad tech to meet and exceed digital marketing goals. Hands-on experience on TikTok ads, LinkedIn ads, Onsite E-commerce, and Programmatic is a plus.
  • Able to collaborate and liaise with strategic partners
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with shifting priorities
  • Fast learner, self-starter, go-getter, and intellectually curious on different hats
  • Self-motivated problem-solver with quick adjustment and effective solutions
  • Good communication skills with intermediate conversational English
  • Able to perform multitasking under high pressure.
