*Requirements
- Proven experience as finance Director or relevant role
- At least 7+ years of progressively responsible experience for a growing business or 7+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity and venture capital
- Should have experience in partnering with an executive team, and have a high level of written and oral communication skills
- In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
- An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers
- Ability to strategize and solve problems
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Responsive to the needs of all clients of the organization, including funding organizations, the Board of Directors and other stakeholders
