Work closely with our teams in UK and US to build new product offerings leveraging the latest eCommerce and enterprise software technologies. We are looking for a Sr. UX/UI designer to join our design team responsible for driving innovative and groundbreaking user experiences across our platforms, products, and services. We are looking for a designer with a strong background in Web and Mobile product design experiences. We need a highly motivated, self-directed, enthusiastic person with a sense of humor and a sharp mind. Experience with financial and enterprise software products is a huge plus!


Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Execute all UX design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
- Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness.
- Create UX wireframe, UI mockups, flow, prototypes, to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.
- Establish and promote design UX/UI guidelines, best practices, and standards.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.
