Business Analyst

Job description:
Responsible for collecting requirements from key stakeholders and collaborating with Project Leads and IT team to resolve issues and ensuring solutions are viable and consistent.
Responsible for analyzing the requirement and gathering info through interviews or other tools and techniques.
Responsible for understanding business needs and formulating a framework (Wireframe) and model to address the needs with a focus on the user’s experience.
Responsible for drawing Data and Business Flows
Responsible for creating system guidelines and manuals for the organisation
Responsible for creating Software Requirement Specification (SRS) for the project.

Job Requirement:
Requires verbal and written communication skills to convey information. Roles may require basic negotiation and influence, cooperation and tact, etc.
Analysis Tool (Benchmarking, Process Flow)
Documentation (Word, Excel)

Good to have
Experience working with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
Mockplus, Figma or any other tool for wireframe
Knowledge of API (Can read and understand API documents)
