1. 建立並持續優化CI/CD的流程
2. 和研發一起設計、優化服務架構，確保在線服務高可用性和可擴展性
3. 推進基於Docker/Kubernetes的業務容器化改造、運用和優化
4. 推進運維自動化，建設運維平台工具，提高運維效率
5. 完善業務監控和災備，提升應急響應和troubleshooting的效率
6. 參與製定運維發布/監控/故障響應等各個流程的標準和規範，接受日常On-Call
1. 5年以上系統運維經驗，具備互聯網高並發高流量維護經驗者優先
2. 熟練掌握AWS或GCP等公有云服務的配置
3. 熟悉Linux操作系統，深入理解TCP/IP和HTTP等網絡協議
4. 熟悉CI/CD，熟悉微服務架構和RPC框架、opentracing、鏈路監控
5. 熟悉Docker、K8S、Helm等容器技術
6. 熟悉Prometheus、Grafana等監控系統的使用方法
7. 熟悉Python和Shell等腳本開發，至少有運維工具的開發經驗
8. 有使用過Python或Golang語言進行平台開發經驗更佳
9. 有良好的溝通和團隊協作能力，具備強烈的責任心和使命感
