磐實股份有限公司（The Rock Management Co., Ltd.）成立於西元2012年，為美國Concentrus來台設立的分公司。Concentrus位於美國洛杉磯，專門提供顧客專業之會計、財務、人力資源、IT、專案管理、客服中心等服務。磐實目前主要業務為資訊軟體服務業，職務內容為支援Concentrus內部及其他客戶的ERP系統之設計、研發、測試、評估與資料庫分析。
