JOB OBJECTIVE

To make our sports products available for our users and customers in the best conditions of lead time, price and quality. With a clear project and sportive team, from my job I contribute to sustainably make the pleasure and benefits of sport accessible to the many.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

1 / I guarantee the safety of people and goods in my warehouse in compliance with Decathlon rules and local legislation.

2 / I write the warehouse project and vision. I build up a happy and engaged team. I retain the talent in Decathlon.

SKILL #2: I define and implement my warehouse project and vision.

SKILL #4: I create the conditions of subsidiarity.

3 / I am accountable for logistics performance and profitability of my warehouse through my KPI and P&L.

SKILL #5: I ensure product availability for our users and customers in the best conditions of lead time, price and quality.

SKILL #6: I am connected with production, supply and retail teammates.

SKILL #7: I create sustainable value through continuous improvement.

PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

Examples of KPIs according to the scope:

• Flaws in the OWASP top
• OS / antivirus compliance
• An app = a DRP ( written and tested regularly)
• Security map updated app by app (tool: Secuview)

Hard skills

• You have excellent collaboration and communication skills, both written and oral, in Chinese and in English
• Good technical knowledge of warehouse infrastructure
• Control / overview of security in general (server, network, etc.)
• Operational management of warehouse & logistics

• You are results-oriented, you are able to conduct complex analyses and build a synthesis
• You enjoy solving complex problems
• Your decisions are based as much as possible on data
• Know how to give meaning and simplify complex topics

HIRING PROCESS

1/Your application is received and examined, and if it is accepted you will be contacted for an initial discussion within a week by phone call.

2/You will then be offered two interviews: an initial interview with your future leader and a Decathlon member from the project team, and a second technical interview.
