2.Regional Customer Technical & compatibility issue clarification externally and internally, Analyze customer problems, and quickly and efficiently offer best solutions.
3.Key component supplier documentation study (CPU, Memory, SDD, peripherals).
4.Technical specification, certification, and company documentation release control

1. Customer oriented, excellent communication skill.
2. Proficient in written English.
3. Good knowledge of x86 PC system architecture and Windows OS.
4. Familiar with IT/PC industry .
5. 3+ years related experience in HW/SW or FAE job function.
