Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Determination of failure root cause and appropriate corrective action, help prevent recurrence or minimize the number of future failures. • Provide failure analysis summary and reports including recommended corrective actions. • Lead the analyzer team to execute failure analysis and repair the products. • Conduct analyzers' training and testing, establish analyzer performance evaluation system and monitor their performance.
