The (Junior) Marketing Manager will build deep engagement with customers across multiple channels.

Responsibilities:

• Interacting with customers across social media, online communities, blogs
• Working with product teams and company leadership to align on messaging
• Segmenting customer profiles to gather intelligence for more effective targeting
• Experimenting with, iterating on, and measuring the effectiveness of creative approaches
• Identifying influencers and opportunities to collaborate with them
• Writing long form content
• Maintaining the company’s website and other social media presence
• Building and growing a newsletter

Salary is commensurate with experience.
