We are seeking a highly motivated and growth-minded Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The Digital Marketing Specialist will assist our Marketing Director in developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads through digital channels including but not limited to Empress owned channels (e.g. Shopify, email marketing, and social platforms), 3rd party channels (Shopee, Marais, Pinkoi), as well as support any future collaboration channels in Taiwan and US.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and search engine marketing.
• Monitor and report on campaign metrics and provide recommendations for optimization to achieve target KPIs.(relevant to all online campaigns including email, ads, content etc.)
• Manage Empress's Shopify website with updated product listings, optimize for SEO, user experience, and incorporate any new tools to improve customer journey (i.e. membership programs and reviews)
• Assist in content strategy development while managing multiple work streams with freelancers and content creators 
• Identify and reach out to content partners to share Empress's flavors with suitable audiences
• Manage online marketing projects end-to-end for specific campaigns such as product launch and customer retention activities
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies and provide recommendations for improving our digital marketing efforts.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Experience with Shopify, Social Media Management, Email Marketing, and Ecommerce.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
• Must be able to work on their own and be a good collaborator 
• Detail-oriented, organized with excellent communication skills
• Fluent in English & Chinese
• Excited about food and cooking is a major plus!
