工作職責

• 管理生產過程，並設置標準作業程序，使團隊的運作更高效率。
• 協調訂單，管理與工廠和供應商的關係。有時會須直接到農地與農友建立關係以及查看當季的食材。
• 與採購代理合作，籌備未來新產品的各種原料搭配跟測試。
• 監控產品成本，與部門間的團隊合作，提高效率，發現增長機會。
• 創建，定義和監督每個操作方面的品質控制規則，流程和測量，例如生產，倉儲和發貨。
• 實施系統以管理生產進度以及履行過程。
• 不斷改進流程控制，以確保所有產品合格最高品質把關才出貨。
• 與產品研發長合作預測12個月生產計畫的原料需求。
• 定期對倉庫成品和市場產品進行檢查。
• 收集，跟踪和分析品質，生產和損失數據，以產生關鍵指標的有效報告。
• 根據需要支持Empress領導團隊。

Responsibilities

• Managing processes in production and set up standard operating procedures for Empress to operate efficiently
• Coordinate orders and manage relationships with factories, suppliers and vendors
• Work with sourcing agents to identify and qualify new ingredients and supplies for future products
• Monitor product costs and work with inter-departmental teams to improve efficiencies, identify opportunities for growth
• Create, define, and oversee quality control rules, processes, and measurements for every aspect of operations, such as production, warehousing, and shipping.
• Implement systems to manage production schedule as well as the fulfillment process
• Continuously improving process controls to ensure consistent manufacturing of the highest quality finished goods.
• Work with Chief Product Officer (CPO) to forecast raw material needs based on twelve month rolling production plan.
• Periodically conduct inspections of warehoused finished goods and product in market
• Collect, track, and analyze quality, production, and loss data to produce effective reports with key metrics.
• Support the Empress Leadership Team as needed

需求

• 3年以上的運營經驗（與食品有關加分！）
  
• 熟練掌握Excel，Google Suite，Notion等數位工具
  
• 必須具有創業家精神，果斷和有韌性的態度，並且願意和能夠帶頭示範。
  
• 有積極的緊迫感和優先考慮的能力。能夠在壓力下快速且無誤地交付。
  
• 自我定向：足夠有動力獨立工作，有組織地制定計劃並堅定地實施計劃。這包括有效地多任務處理。
  
• 出色的人際，書面和口頭交流能力，以及在組織中進行交叉功能溝通和報告的能力。
  
• 成長心態 - 能夠從錯誤中學習，以新的方式看待問題，並喜歡找到現有問題的創新以及最佳解決方案。
• 英語能力 B2 以上

Requirements

• 3+ years of operations experience preferably in the food and beverage industry
• Proficient in Chinese, English (Taiwanese a Major Plus!)
• Strong proficiency in digital tools including Excel, Google Suite, Notion
• Must have an entrepreneurial, assertive, and resilient attitude and be willing and able to jump in and lead by example.
• A sense of positive urgency and ability to prioritize. Ability to deliver quickly, under pressure, without error.
• Self-direction: the ability to work independently, with sufficient drive to develop one's own plans and see them through. This includes the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal skills and ability to communicate and report cross functionally in the organization.
• Growth Mindset - ability to learn from mistakes, see things in a new light and enjoys finding new and better solutions to existing problems.
