1. Varify the Financial procedure and provide the advise / solutions to optimize the workflow.
2. Formulate the Financial plan and budget, supervise and control the financial risks.
3. Budget control, cost accounting and comprehensive management of company tax planning and implementation.
4. Review the monthly operating results and budget execution performance reports of each stakeholder.
5. Organize and formulate financial management systems and related regulations, and supervise their implementation.
6. Develop, maintain, and improve the company's financial management procedures and policies, and formulate annual and quarterly financial plans.

ICFR (International Control over Financial Reporting) Coordinator:
1. ICFR Implementation (Test, Reporting, guideline & Policy...etc)
2. Conduct, Review and Optimize SOP flow
3. Analyst and Identify significant deficiency and material weakness
4. Audit taking on ICFR ( external & internal)
5. Financial support and advise for Local business need
