1、Lead initiatives by coordinating with other functional departments and other SBU locations to accomplish business plan metrics (OTD, inventory turns, sales revenue, etc).

2、Manage opportunities for materials cost reductions.

3、Develop and implement purchasing, planning, and warehousing, and distribution programs to ensure efficient use of company resources.

4、Monitor, track and be responsible for on-time delivery to customers, identify root causes and implement continuous improvement plans. Respond to demand plans with respect to its impact on materials requirement, lead time, factory loading, and production capacity.

5、Pro-actively review with top management the execution of plans and activities of the department in relation to the annual operating plan. Keep abreast of the state of development of the integrated electronic industry with special emphasis on materials activities.

6、Support Corporate Procurement Strategy, lead materials plan in site reviews, ensures smooth materials transition in product transfers. Administrate overall MRPII performance metrics and lead the factory to obtain AEO certification.

7、Initiate production plan to meet customer requirements. Play a key role in S & OP process. Participate in both demand and supply meetings. Develop Strategy & Function plan of the functional department.

1、Bachelor's degree in Business discipline, supply chain management or a related field or equivalent experience.

2、5 years of experience of supply chain management is preferable.

3、Above 5 year experience of management in the manufacturing field.

4、Relevant working experience of vehicle quality system is a plus.

5、Strong communication, planning, organizational, and listening skills. 

6、Fluent English in both oral and written, TOEIC 800.
