panda ads is foodpanda’s integrated advertising solution that helps brands connect with foodpanda's audiences and unlock growth through in-app advertising, digital marketing channels and partnership programmes.
【What you'll do】
1. Develop and drive partnership strategy and sales growth strategy with affiliate net work.
2. Team management by setting up clear R&R and KPI to achieve sales target.
3. Lead the team to acquire customers and drive revenue in non-CPGs industries such as banking, financial, etc.
4. Lead the team to achieve sales target by selling various products including in-app advertising banner and rider box.
【What we'd like you have】
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2. Proven experience in advertising sales, business development, marketing or media in a consultative environment in digital advertising sales, media or internet industry.
3. Proven 2-year leadership experience with min 1~3 members or more.
4. Proven skills in acquiring new customers and sale driven.
5. Excellent negotiation, communication & reporting skills
6. Commercial focus, results oriented, outstanding relationship builder.
【What would be a big plus to have】
1. Proven advertising sales experience focus on banking industrices.
2. Fluent in English
