Job Description
- 業務績效跟蹤及分析，以數據驅動角度洞察各維度問題，並提供分析見解給資深管理層做決策判斷
- 協助損益、財務績效和預算規劃與執行，使業務增長和盈利能力提升。
- 與BI團隊協同進行資料視覺化呈現設計、問題回報、需求追蹤
- 負責專案整體進度及品質掌控、議題追蹤、跨國團隊合作、跨部門協調
- 不定期主管交辦事項
Requirements
1. 3-5年工作經驗在商業分析及電商零售領域
2. 具備獨立處理數據並提供快速且精準的分析報告能力
3. 良好的溝通技巧和執行能力，具備協調整合和團隊合作經驗
4. 適應快速變化的電商環境，並根據經營決策調整分析內容
5. 具備使用 Tableau/Power BI 等其他可視化工具經驗者優先
6. 具備使用 SQL,Python, R 等資料庫經驗者優先
7. 具備團隊管理經驗者優先
