職務内容

<Responsibilities>

1. Develop the consensus forecast based on a statistical model, sales and marketing activities (promotions, phase in/phase out, new launches, dis-continuations, seasonality)

2. Pass demand plan with SKUs’ quantity and needed ETAs to Merchandising team for order placement to principals/distributors

3. Share short-, mid- and long-term forecast information with Category Management, Operations and Marketing departments

4. Define order volumes per item and per category based on store capacity, adjusted aggregated store demand, available inventory and sell-out rate

5. Ensure invoice 3-way matching process for every invoice received

6. Analyse and highlight business risk and opportunity to stakeholders and jointly propose appropriate mitigation plans

7. Develop and prepare monthly forecasting files, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and KPI report

KPIs: forecast accuracy (MAPE / WAPE), fail rate (out of stock %), wastage (expired %), invoicing accuracy

職務要件

<Skills>

1. At least 2 years demand planning experience in a food/groceries, CPG or retail company

2. Experience managing planning, forecasting and replenishment processes with retailers

3. Analytical mind and business acumen with ability to work with large amounts of data to discover patterns and trends and to form conclusions based on findings

4. Must be extremely detailed oriented

5. Ability to manage complexity and be comfortable with ambiguity

6. Able to handle multiple tasks, organize and coordinate activities effectively in complex situations

7. Extensive experience with Microsoft Office including ability to conduct detailed analysis in Excel such as analyzing sales trends, building forecast models, building vlookup formulas and run macros

8. Highly organized and self-disciplined, able to work on multiple projects in a structured and prioritized way

9. Willing to learn about new concepts and methodologies in this constantly evolving industry
