Overview:
- As a Digital Marketing Supervisor, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of online paid media campaigns, reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager.
- Be a key member in the marketing team, contributing to online branding efforts as well as performance marketing.
- You will also take ownership of streamlining the marketing processes, including trafficking materials, organizing reports, and invoicing.

Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing Strategy
- Strategize online paid media strategies to reach full-funnel business goals, including SOV, acquisition, retention and loyalty.
- Utilize knowledge of paid media channels and make data-driven decisions in allocation of media budgets.
- Share insights and align goals with the regional team and maximize usage of group resources.
2. Media Performance Analysis
- Review paid media performance, aggregate and organize reports across various data sources, and analyze performance to develop insights and testing plans.
- Work with media and agency partners to optimize campaigns across relevant ad platforms and deliver results.
3. Ad Operation and Execution
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of campaigns and on-target delivery.
- Routine tasks of media buys, creative trafficking, performance reporting, and invoicing.

Profil demandé

- 3 years relevant work experience in digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce or digital-focused brands. Agency experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal/written communication in both Chinese and English
- Organized and have the ability to prioritize and efficiently manage multiple projects
- Detail-oriented
- Data-driven and analytical
- Well-versed in the digital marketing language
- Knowledge of the digital marketing ecosystem and familiar with top ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
- Basic understanding of app tracking and MMP platforms
- Proficient in MS Excel
