Project Manager / Project Coordinator (Technical)

[Position Summary]
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as Project Manager / Project Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for handling communication among users, various cross-border IT teams, and our team of developers. Your main focus is to clarify the project scope, and specifications, and assist the team in timely delivering project values with guaranteed high-quality solutions.

[Responsibilities]
- Coordinating with geographically distributed development teams and remote Business users to clarify system requirements and facilitate the development process from initiation to closing stage
- Serving as a supporter for the developers to accomplish the stated project objectives
- Creating monthly and weekly plans for the team, setting targets, and ensuring they meet the project goals, priority, and high-level timeline
- Building logical and detailed documentation for requirement analysis and project backlog

[Qualifications]
- 1-2+ years of proven experience with system development, front-backend integration, data migration
- Exceptional verbal and non-verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, including presenting, negotiating, and reporting
- Responsible, have eyes for details, and comfortable working under pressure and with ambiguity
- Experience with Backend technology (JAVA), understanding architecture and microservice is a plus
- Experience with running SCRUM, Agile, and tools for project management (JIRA, Confluence) is a plus
