Position: （Senior）React Developer

We are seeking a talented software development engineer with a strong background in developing React applications in order to actively contribute to the software development lifecycle for our PaaS product. This position will be responsible for partnering closely with UI designers, UX Researchers, platform services team to deliver an end-to-end optimized application experience.

Responsibilities

。Able to refactor frontend codebase and improve frontend performance.
。Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
。Developing new user-facing features using React.js
。Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
。Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.


Major Duties:
- Build reusable component libraries for future use.
- Draft architectural decisions and explore new technologies to translate designs into high-quality code.
- Develop a flexible, maintainable, and well-structured front-end codebase.
- Develop test code to ensure that existing and new features work as expected.
- Cooperate with product managers and back-end development engineers to complete the requirements and provide continuous technical support for the part they are responsible for.
-Continuous learning & knowledge in technologies in front-end related fields; solving problems with reasonable technical solutions.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 years of experience in software and/or product development. More than 3 years of front-end development experience is a plus.
- Not afraid of speaking Chinese and English
- Familiarity with React, Javascript, and Typescript; and can quickly learn related technologies.
- Familiar with basic knowledge of native JS and HTTP protocols, and basic abstraction capabilities
- Knowledge of Git or other VCSs.
- Strong communication skills are required, including the ability to clearly express technical and team leadership-related concepts in verbal and written forms.


Good to Have:
Familiar with technology stack: React.js + Next.js + Typescript + Tailwind CSS
Familiar with server-side development based on Node.js and other related technologies
