Responsibilities:
- Project monitoring and evaluation including budget control.
- Project activities implementation, including workshop, conference, symposium, study tour, interview, etc.
- Working with partners, including internal colleagues and/or external partner organizations to advance strategic goals and objectives.
- Implementing a strategy, meeting targets, and tracking progress.
- Office routine duties and website content providing.

Requirements/ minimum qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in civil society-related and project management work.
- Knowledge of civil society, NGOs operation and project management.
- Ability to conduct a project independently.
- Postgraduate degree in law, political science, anthropology, sociology and international relations or equivalent practical experience.
- High-level project management and collaboration skills are required. Critical thinking, and demonstration of the ability and willingness to pivot from the initial plan in response to evolving situations and/or upon receipt of constructive feedback or opposition.
- Demonstrated understanding of different organizational contexts
- Ability to write project proposal, budget, narrative and financial reports.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge and experience in SEA civil society, political issues is an advantage.
- Experience in facilitating workshops is an advantage.
- Great relationship agility is an advantage. (particularly to external partner organizations, and interacting with people at a variety of levels across different types of institutions)
