Join our team as a Membership and Customer Relationship Management Specialist, where your expertise in both membership marketing and CRM strategies will be pivotal. We are seeking a skilled professional who excels in personalizing customer experiences, enhancing member engagement, and implementing comprehensive CRM practices. This role is perfect for someone passionate about deepening customer relationships and driving membership growth through targeted marketing initiatives and data-driven insights.

【KEY RESPONSIBILITIES】

✦ Membership Strategy Development:
 Create and execute marketing strategies aimed at member acquisition, retention, and engagement, aligning these with broader CRM objectives.
✦ CRM Implementation:
 Utilize CRM tools to gather and analyze customer data, understand customer behaviors and preferences, and apply these insights to improve member experiences.
✦ Targeted Marketing Campaigns:
 Develop and manage personalized marketing campaigns for members, using CRM data to tailor messaging and offers.
✦ Customer Segmentation:
 Segment the customer base for targeted communications and marketing strategies, enhancing overall customer satisfaction and loyalty.
✦ Member Communication:
 Craft and manage communication materials, such as newsletters and emails, ensuring they resonate with both members and the broader customer base.
✦ Cross-Functional Collaboration:
 Work closely with sales, customer service, product development, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer and member experiences.
✦ Performance Analysis:
 Track and evaluate the effectiveness of membership and CRM initiatives, using metrics to guide future strategies.
✦ Community Engagement and Event Planning:
 Organize member-exclusive events and activities, and engage with the community to foster a positive brand image and loyalty.

Requirements

【ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS】

✦ Experience in membership marketing and CRM, with a focus on loyalty programs.
✦ Proficiency in using CRM systems and data analysis tools to inform marketing decisions.
✦ Excellent communication and content creation skills.
✦ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
✦ Strong organizational and project management skills.
✦ Fluency in English and Chinese.

✦ Proven track record in enhancing membership acquisition and retention.
✦ Familiarity with customer segmentation and targeted marketing approaches.
✦ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
