On-Page SEO Manager (Based in Manila-Relocation Provided)

We are seeking an experienced and strategic On-Page SEO Manager to oversee and optimize websites' on-page elements, drive organic traffic, and improve search engine rankings.

The On-Page SEO Manager will lead SEO projects and collaborate closely with content creators, developers, and marketing teams. This role requires a deep understanding of SEO strategies, exceptional leadership skills, and a data-driven approach to achieve our online visibility goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute on-page SEO strategies aligned with clients' objectives to enhance website visibility and user experience.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for content optimization.
• Perform regular website audits to identify technical SEO issues such as site speed, crawl errors, etc. and implement solutions for improved performance.
• Utilize SEO tools and analytics platforms to track, analyze, and report on key metrics, making data-driven decisions.
• Stay updated with search engine algorithms, industry trends, and best practices, implementing changes accordingly.
• Prepare and present regular reports on SEO performance and suggest improvements.
• Lead and mentor On-Page SEO Specialist, providing guidance and support to optimize on-page elements effectively.
• Collaborate with the content creators to create and implement content strategies that align with SEO goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven track record of managing on-page SEO strategies and leading a team in a dynamic environment.
• Expertise in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Analytics, etc.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research, and on-page optimization techniques.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, with experience in mentoring and guiding a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Expertise in SEO Audits, Keyword Research, and Link Building skills
• Proficient in Web Analytics, Marketing, and Campaign Management skills
• Knowledge in HTML, website architecture, and content optimization strategy
• Analytical mindset, data-driven approach, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and project management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience working with CMS like WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla is a Plus
• Experience in a tech or digital marketing agency is a Plus

Office Location: Makati City, Manila, Philippines (Full time & Onsite)
Working Schedule: 10am-7pm, Monday to Friday
