A rare chance to join our product organization and drive the evolution of our consumer-facing product across iOS, Android, and Desktop. We’re looking for an experienced product manager to join our team and take ownership of our product experience. In the Product Team, you will be responsible for building best-in-class user experiences. You will deliver innovative product features that’s better than the competition and position us to capitalize on key trends in the market. You will ensure we acquire, engage, and retain users.

Responsibilities

1. Create, manage, and evangelize the product roadmap that delivers the best in market user experience.
2. Creating a product strategy for your area that aligns with business goals and focuses on customer needs.
3. Accountable for discovering new product features based on data, user research, and competitive analysis that appeal to users.
4. Clear ownership of one or a set of multiple product metrics for you to own responsibility of outcomes.
5. End to end ownership of new product initiatives from ideation through to delivery, including measurement of success and identifying areas for improvement.
6. Using a data driven approach to decision using both quantitative and qualitative methods.
7. Craft best in class user experience and customer journeys in close collaboration with product design, using appropriate product discovery techniques.
8. Oversee the delivery of the strategy through roadmap management, backlog creation and effective project management.
9. Oversight of live issues & how they impact strategy to instruct prioritization of a resolution.

Skills & Experience

1. Minimum of 2 years working experience within product management, including experience and expertise in developing product strategy and roadmaps.
2. Direct experience of successfully translating product vision/strategy into an executable product development roadmap.
3. Proficient in data analysis and comfortable using analytics tools to track performance and draw insights.
4. Must have exemplary communication skills and an ability to work with internal stakeholders, ensuring all departments are involved in, and informed about product plans.
5. Experience and deep understanding of full product development lifecycle.
6. An experimental mindset that looks for validation of solutions in a range of different ways.
7. Experience with betting products is a plus but if you have passion in product management, we’re here to support you learn the industry and create a learning environment to grow.

Office Location: Makati City, Manila, Philippines (Full time & Onsite)
Working Schedule: 10am-7pm, Monday to Friday
