Job Description

We're seeking a passionate brand designer to join our team, who can combine marketing and graphic design to create visually engaging materials that represent our product, brand, and company. As a brand designer, you'll be involved in the entire marketing process, analyzing market trends, and formulating strategies to reach consumers.

Your work will encompass creating visual identities, graphics for apps and websites, online and offline advertising, social media, print media, and news. Your main objective will be to ensure that the design effectively communicates the brand's message and drives conversion.

You'll be responsible for various marketing tools, such as logos, and participate in website design, social media content creation, and visual design for PR. Additionally, you may create materials, such as brand mascots, for other purposes.

As a brand designer, you'll collaborate with the fintech marketing team and work closely with other team members to establish brand continuity and public recognition across all marketing platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for both developing and producing creative brand designs, such as banner, website, social post, brand photos and other brand materials.
  • Responsible for campaign site design based on no-code tool, such as Webflow.
  • Work closely with the Marketing, Product, and Business teams to develop design concepts, design assets, website and app visual designs, AD promotion.
  • Work closely with freelancers and vendors to control working schedule and budget with precise evaluation and quality assurance.

Requirements

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in brand design, marketing design, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of marketing principles and strategies along with strong creative and conceptual skills with an eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva.
  • Experience in creating visual identities, graphics for apps and websites, online and offline advertising, social media, print media, and news.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills along with ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
  • Experience in designing online campaigns and utilizing no-code tools such as Webflow to create landing pages or microsites.
  • A passion for design and a willingness to stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Good knowledge of web design, CSS, HTML5 is plus.
  • Experience in Financial products. (loan, credit card, bank service, payments)
  • Experience in mobile, web design or software products.
  • Highly proficient in character illustration is better.
