This role concentrates on the design, architecture, implementation and operations of company customer facing 7x24hr datacenter infrastructure, server (VM), storage, backup, middleware, non-application software, datacenter administration and operations that support the applications and business processes as required.
- 3+ years of experience as an administrator of Windows, Linux, VM server, SAN storage, O365 Exchange and datacenter. Having solid experience in private cloud operation and project management.
- 3+ years of experience in managing datacenter.
- 2+ years of management experience in managing AD/MS Exchange/O365.
- 2+ years of hands-on AWS/Azure IaaS administration experience is desirable.
- Self-motivated and like to work with people to resolve their problems.
- Strong communication skill as the role will working across different functions including R&D, IT,…, etc.

Demonstrate knowledge in three or more of the following technical domains, including:
- Public and private cloud environment administration and project management
- 100% hands-on datacenter management, server, storage, backup infrastructure operation.
- AD/Exchange mail server, and related windows service infrastructure operation.
- Business application release management, and infrastructure provisioning and deployment.
- Implement Operational tools like deployment, provisioning, monitoring, performance measurement tools.
- Responsible for infrastructure service performance, availability and scalability and security.
