Join the Hyperbot Studio team to build exciting VR games! We are looking for an experienced 3D Environment Artist for our international team to work on cutting edge VR projects.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble 3D environments for a Unity VR game
• Build environment props based on concept art
• Create high res sculpts and optimized lower poly models
• Create PBR textures
• Setup lighting for day and night versions
• Work closely with the team lead and assist implementation team with integration of art assets into the game
• Attend meetings with the team virtually

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in 3D environment modeling and/or related experience
• Experience with game engines such as Unity or Unreal
• Proficiency in 3D software applications such as: Blender, Maya or 3ds Max
• Good working communication skills in English (fluent speaking not essential)
• Ability to work in a completely remote team and independently as required to achieve project deliverables

Pluses:

• Experience optimizing art for mobile or console
• Experience creating a video game or interactive experience in a team setting.
• Experience using version control systems (Github, etc.)
