We are looking for a passionate Golang Backend Engineer to join our tech team. As a Backend Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the backend services of our e-commerce platform and warehousing system, ensuring the stability, reliability, and performance of the system.

職務需求

• 具有 1-3 年使用 Rails 進行後端開發的經驗。
• 熟悉 RESTful API 設計和開發。
• 目前使用 Rails 6.1。
• 了解微服務架構和容器技術（如 Docker, Kubernetes）。
• 熟悉資料庫技術，如 MySQL, PostgreSQL 或 NoSQL。
• 具備良好的程式碼品質意識，熟悉單元測試和整合測試。
• 良好的溝通能力和團隊合作精神。
• 具有電商或倉儲系統開發經驗者優先。

• 1-3 years of experience in backend development using Golang.
• Familiarity with RESTful API design and development.
• Currently, we are using the Rails 6.1 framework.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and container technologies (such as Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficient in database technologies, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL.
• Good sense of code quality and familiar with unit testing and integration testing.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.
• Experience in e-commerce or warehousing system development is a plus.

• Technical Interview: Candidates who pass the resume screening will undergo a technical interview conducted by our tech team, focusing on assessing their technical abilities and expertise.
• Project Discussion: After the technical interview, there may be a round of project discussion to understand the candidate's past work experience and project contributions.
• HR Interview: The final round will be with the HR department, mainly assessing the candidate's cultural fit and career goals.
• Offer Notification: After the interviews, HR will conduct a comprehensive evaluation based on the interview results and notify the candidates of the hiring decision within a week.
