We're looking for a React front-end engineer to join our technical team. As a front-end engineer, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing and maintaining the operational interfaces and processes of our e-commerce platform and warehousing systems to ensure that the user's vision and operational processes are smooth.

• 1-3 years of experience in front-end development using React.
• Proficient in modern JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Currently using React 17 or later versions.
• Familiar with front-end state management tools such as Redux or Context API.
• Understanding of front-end build tools and workflows, including Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn.
• Good UI/UX design skills, familiar with mainstream UI frameworks such as Material-UI, Ant Design.
• Knowledge of front-end performance optimization strategies.
• Good sense of code quality and familiar with unit testing and integration testing, experienced with Jest and React Testing Library.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.
• Experience in front-end development for e-commerce or warehousing systems is a plus.

• Technical Interview: Candidates who pass the resume screening will undergo a technical interview conducted by our tech team, focusing on assessing their technical abilities and expertise.
• Project Discussion: After the technical interview, there may be a round of project discussion to understand the candidate's past work experience and project contributions.
• HR Interview: The final round will be with the HR department, mainly assessing the candidate's cultural fit and career goals.
• Offer Notification: After the interviews, HR will conduct a comprehensive evaluation based on the interview results and notify the candidates of the hiring decision within a week.
