Responsibility

1. Create, mentor and lead a highly-skilled technical team based in Taiwan
2. Communicate and coordinate with the Hong Kong team to develop imBee web-based platform and mobile app
3. Support customization of imBee platform for enterprise customers
4. Making recommendations and proposing solutions (in house, outsourced and third party) in a fast-paced market and development environment.
5. Ensure scalability and reliability of the service on a continuous basis
6. Establishing development environment, technology stack, version control, methodology and testing policies as well as client support and integration.
7. Work with outside vendors and help in their selection and integration.

1. 2yr+ experience in leading team
2. Shipped products that have delighted consumer and/or enterprise customers
3. Hands-on experience in Nodejs, Php
4. Solid experience in web development (React)
5. Solid experience in app development (React Native, iOS Native, Android Native)
6. Experience in server setup (AWS, docker)
7. Creative problem solver who can courageously propose and support new ideas.
8. Ability to adapt. An ideal candidate will welcome the opportunity to solve a broad range of problems using a wide array of technologies
9. Comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities and general growing pains of an early-stage technology company
