We're looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love. The role is responsible for building products that make influencer marketing more accessible and effective for our customers. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

The ideal candidate should be a motivated self-starter who is excited about working in fast-paced environments and on multiple projects simultaneously. We are looking for individuals who are flexible, can find solutions to ambiguous problems, be resourceful and bring positivity to the work environment.

Responsibilities:

- Drive product vision, strategy, and development.

- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth

- Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners

- Develop product pricing and positioning strategies

- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes

- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact

- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources

- Possess professional skills in UI/UX implementation, and the ability to create Wireframes/Mockups/Prototypes..

- 2+ years of product management or related experience with a proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle

- Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills

- Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization

- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development, web technologies and UI/UX Design.

- Experience in creating "new products" and "start-ups"

- Can independently define requirements from scratch, and drive products to launch

- Experience in digital advertising, B2B, SMB, Marketplace space a plus
