Responsibilities

• Support customer enablement of Windows device drivers
• Deploy new features, updates, and bug-fixes to customers
• Triage, reproduce, and debug customer reported issues
• Set-up new devices and reference platforms
• Assist in bring-up and maintenance of manufacturing test stations
• Review customer schematics from a software & driver perspective
• Customize Windows device drivers and associated tools for customer platforms
• Work closely with Applications and Field teams to support customer engagements
• Collaborate with Design, Firmware, SQA, and Tools teams
