Responsibilities
1. 負責主管工作行程與會議規劃安排與通知。
2. 負責主管個人事務安排：公關、出差、參訪等，如有必要需隨行陪同。
3. 處理各項跨部門、事業體之行政事務及文案管理。
4. 公司各會議室的預定登記與使用協調。
5. 協助主管內外信件、電話聯繫溝通。
6. 接待訪客、重要外賓與行政庶務支援。
7. 負責主管用餐、咖啡、茶水
8. 邀請函、回函書信撰寫
9. 協助公司重要活動執行
10. 配合不定期國際出差考核
