• Leader in RF developing and validating in Handheld/Consumer mobile wireless applications.
  
• Leads RF front end circuit schematics design and PCB layout designs utilizing standard tools
• Directs all aspects of RF WCDMA/LTE/GPS/WLAN/BT circuit design with minimal supervision
• Partners with system architects to review and clarify design requirements and define the appropriate RF architecture.
• Work with and engagement the external component suppliers/manufacturers/3rd Party LAB and provide input analysis and output the recommendations for all aspects of customer requirements.
• Communicates technical aspects of a project effectively to customers.
• Define design innovations and potential patentable solutions
• Leads resolution of complex design issues and manages design trade-offs
• Might perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

1. Familiar with (compliance/submission) of Industry or specific sector, regulatory standards as FCC Part15.247C, 3GPP 36.521 R15, ETSI TS 102 361-1 and ETSI EN 300 328/086, etc.
2. Familiar with WCDMA/LTE/GPS/WLAN/BT functions expertise, and related RF hardware development, optimization, and verification.
3. Familiar with RF Instruments operation as Network Analyzer、CMW500、ANRITSU 8852B、Spectrum Analyzer、GNSS simulator, etc.
4. Familiar with on RF Matching process, RF Components PA/LNA/VCO theory and RF calibration algorithm procedure.
5. Familiar with on SIP RF characteristics development and the specific design.
6. Familiar with on RF simulation tool as ADS (Advanced Design System), Momentum and microwave office, etc

【Education & Experience Requirement】

1. Electronics/Electrical/Communications Engineering Degree (BSEE/MSEE or equivalent experience)
2. 5+ years experience in RF field or other key innovative competency
3. Or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience.
