Job Description :

• Ensure that the learning materials and programs are accurate and effective
• Deliver training session with various learning methodologies
• Implement learning impact assessment by pre & post test, survey, and feedback analysis
• Work Closely with Farm Development Team ro research and developing Farm Assistance Program to ensure best practice for shrimp farming

Requirements:

• At least 4-6 years of experience in similar role or as Aquaculture Technician specializing in Shrimp
• Having background in shrimp farming and experience assisting managing ponds
• Understand and able to set learning modules and learning evaluation
• Strong knowledge in shrimp cultivation
• Familiar with Ms Office and Google Workspace
• Able to travel if needed
• Excellent communication skill, both oral and written
