Implement cost-effective procurement strategies while maintaining quality standards.
Negotiate bulk purchasing discounts and favorable payment terms.

Develop mitigation strategies to address risks and maintain plan integrity.
5. Monitoring and Reporting: Establish monitoring mechanisms to track progress against strategic objectives. Prepare regular reports and updates for stakeholders, providing

1. Minimum education requirement
University or above
2. Relevant experience and minimum years required
3-5 years of experiences preferred
3. Basic skills requirements
Language: Good command both in written and spoken English/Chinese
Computer: Proficient PC skills (MS Office related applications)
Competence Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Buyer or in a similar procurement role
2. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain vendor relationships
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
4. Familiarity with inventory management and procurement software
5. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills
