台灣總部 - KFC E-commerce Asst. Manager (電商行銷務副理)

Job Description

In charge of growing KFC Instore Digital Sales (Kiosk/BYOD) and online Affiliate sales via traffic management, CRO and ticket average growth and EC related projects. The key KPI: Digital sales, Digital customer base, CV%, project delivery.

Strategy and Sales:
- Execute KFC in-store digital sales (Kiosk/BYOD) strategy to meet the annual objective.
- Grow Digital sales thru traffic/customer base growth by working with OP/MKT.
- Enhance in-store digital ordering and member experiences, ensuring a smooth, intuitive user experience that aligns with customer preferences/needs.
- Grow online Affiliate sales thru managing/grow/develop traffic source measured by ROAS/ROI.
- Grow CV% and Ticket Average thru UIUX improvement and quick-ordering scenario by working with UX planner/digital-tech service team.
- Closely work with MKT team for assigned marketing product campaigns to drive digital sales.
- Develop/implement assigned projects to grow OLO sales measured by ROAS/ROI.

Agency:
- Manage agencies to optimize the investment.
- Learn/apply new practices and tools from the market to get digital experience initiatives.

Project management and Communication:
- Lead/Implement the assigned Digital projects by co-operate with cross-functional teams thru effective communication/coordination.
- Working closely with marketing team to maximum the key campaigns to run smoothly.
- Uplift efficiency on ways of working and build SOP for new task if needed.

Administration:
- Regular basis reporting incl performance review and project updates.
- Responsibility for planning and budgetary control
- Day-to-day EC site on-and-off shelf management by co-work with DTS & marketing team.

Requirements

Key Qualifications
1. Bachelor/master’s degree required
2. A minimum of 4 years relevant experience
3. Expertise in EC fields, EC platform related experience is preferred
4. Digital marketing experience and keen interest in marketing and technology
5. Experience in operating owned media
6. Experience in managing digital/customer journey related initiatives is preferred
7. Ability to execute EC campaigns to drive quality traffic and AOV
8. USE Google Analytics and analytical skills to do and explore insight
9. Self-motivated with the energy and ability to take initiative on relevant issues
10. English verbal and written skills
11. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization and to complete objectives utilizing the commitment and cooperation of others.
12. Demonstrated ability to react quickly and adapt well to change, with the ability to influence others to adapt as well.
13. Growth mindset and open-minded for new tools, new platform or net format to grow sales.

Skills requirements
- Must have: Google analysis, Google search console, PowerBI
- Nice-to-have: Google tag manager, Google Data studio, SEO
