工作內容 What you’ll be doing?

- Drive innovation in product development with a team of talented engineers and designers.
- Work closely with the regional sales team and engineering teams to priorities and scope projects.
- Research to understand our users’ needs, and translate them into product requirements.
- Become an expert in your area of the product, understanding the competitive landscape, the evolving market needs, and how those things relate to the company’s mission and vision.
- Own the success or failure of your product team's work and initiate service planning/design and engineering sprints to improve shipped work.
- Define and analyzes metrics that ensure the success of products.
- As a supporter, to accomplish a great work need your involving.

研發團隊規模 8-12 人（持續招聘中），需要與其中 4-5 人協力開發與維護產品與項目，不排斥與海外同事（大陸＼日本＼...）協同工作。

條件要求 What Are we looking for?

- Interested in Retail SaaS and be excited about the opportunity to drive a platform to reshape the working process.
- Good at Web/App Wireframe and Workflow Planing.
- University graduate. (Fresh graduates will be considered)
- Excellent communication skills and organizational skills.
- Self-starter and good team player 100% customer-focused attitude.
- Familiarity and comfort with social media channels such as WeChat, Facebook and Instagram.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Curious and interested in technology and new products.
- Good instincts for product development and how the products you use day-to-day could be improved.
- Experienced with PartTime job in Retail or Food service, such as McDonald’s and Watsons.
