Hong Leong Bank is looking for young and talented fresh graduates to be part of its 2023 Compliance & Operational Risk Graduate Trainee program. Throughout the 12-month program, the Graduate Trainees will go through extra-curricular courses and trainings in Compliance & Operational Risk, regulatory guidelines and skills, and be equipped with knowledge, skills and hands-on experience in Operation Compliance and Risk Department. The Graduate Trainees will have exposure to both conventional and Islamic banking operations as the role partners and supports both entities.

Program Overview:

The GTs will participate in the Compliance assessment, gaps identification, propose and implement enhanced processes for compliant with the internal/regulatory guidelines. They will have an understanding of Operational processes and be able to adopt the Risk & Compliance tools to identify and close compliance gaps in Group Operations department.

Eligibility:

• Fresh graduates / individual with max 1 year working experience, and with min criteria CGPA of 3.2.
• Bachelor Degree in Banking/Finance/Mathematics/Economics or equivalent from local or foreign universities.
