[KKTV] Test Engineer

KKTV is a Taiwanese video streaming service provider that went online in October 2016.
KKTV subscribers gain access to thousands of Japanese, Korean, Taiwanese, Hong Kong, and Chinese dramas and anime, which they can watch on-demand on mobile, tablet, web, or smart TV applications.

We are seeking an outstanding Software Engineer to design and implement comprehensive frontend testing strategies, ensuring our Flutter applications and web products meet the highest quality standards across platforms. You will play a key role in identifying and resolving various issues in applications and web pages through both automated and manual testing.

As a Test Engineer in KKTV, you will:
Responsibilities:
● Design and implement comprehensive testing plans focusing on UI tests,
cross-platform tests, and end-to-end tests.
● Develop and maintain cross-platform automated testing frameworks, including Flutter
applications and web frontends.
● Execute manual tests and write detailed test cases and reports.
● Collaborate closely with development teams to promptly discover and fix bugs,
ensuring application and web stability and reliability.
● Continuously evaluate and improve testing strategies to enhance coverage and
effectiveness.
● Track and analyze testing metrics to provide data support for product improvement.
● Participate in product reviews, code reviews, providing valuable feedback.
● Continuously learn new testing tools, frameworks, and best practices to enhance
professional skills.

Requirements:
● 3+ years of practical experience in frontend application testing.
● Proficiency in developing and maintaining automated testing frameworks.
● In-depth understanding and practical experience in agile development methodologies
and DevOps.
● Sufficient programming and coding skills.
● Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, able to collaborate effectively
with cross-functional teams.
● Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to continuously learn.

● Experience with Flutter applications testing and related frameworks.
● Experience with Jenkins for CI/CD and automation tests.
