KKLab is seeking a high caliber business development director to lead the BD team to set the sales strategy for KKLab's primary business Recommendations-as-a Service, KKRaaS and venture building business. 

For venture studio business, you will team up with external entrepreneurs, KKLab's product consultants and AI experts to brainstorm and evaluate business idea and come up with the collaboration model.

For KKRaaS, you will lead the salesforce to create the sales pipeline, build resell partnership and close deals. KKRaaS is a recommender with music DNA optimized to diversify personalized experience with novelty and serendipity for media and e-commerce. This no-code PaaS has enabled curators to blend business-specific logics with state-of-art algorithms for every stage of the user’s journey. The service has diversified music taste for millions of KKBOX users, and popped filter bubbles without compromising business goals of our B2B customers.

We are looking for a candidate who is self-motivated with smart interpersonal skills and passionate about diversity, user experience and B2B business. This role reports into the General manager of KKLab.


BD Managers' Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales team
  • Champion and develop a joint-venture model with external entrepreneurs.
  • Build the sales pipeline of business by aggressively identifying and initiating relationships with customers and working in close with product teams.
  • Acquire deals through outbound prospecting, cold emailing, pitching, and finalizing agreements.

Requisitos

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience building and leading a sales team
  • 5+ years of experience in business development in software or internet industries.
  • Experience planning, delivering, and implementing lead generation plans.
  • Experience building inbound channels and partner relationships.
  • Demonstrated sales pitch skills, price negotiation techniques and agreements finalizing
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Mandarin fluently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Entrepreneurship 
  • Co-founder or founding team experience
  • VC, PE experience
