We are hiring for Office Experience Associate who take pride of giving the best working environment and experience to the team is important. This role is responsible for the overall office administration of a growing customer service team.
What you’ll do:
• Handle the day-to-day administrative duties of the office
• Maintain office environment, monitor and order office/pantry supplies
• Handling incoming calls, walk in clients and guests ( Reception)
• Liaise with other offices in the region on day-to-day operations
• Arranging delivery/ Urgent delivery/outdoor duties as required
• Assist in company event as required
• All ad hoc projects assigned by manager
What you'll need:
• Strong interpersonal skills and liaise effectively with both internal and external parties
• Highly organised, critical thinking and detail minded
• Excellent English and Mandarin is a must
• A positive, proactive attitude towards assuming responsibilities
• A hands-on and active attitude to handle fast paced, multi tasks and able to work independently
• Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word and Excel
