Job description

We are looking for efficient Talent Acquisition (TA) Interns to undertake a variety of recruiting administrative duties. You will facilitate daily recruiting functions like supporting the interview process and campus recruiting events, involving performing tasks with a focus to grow our company’s talent pipeline and improving our talent pool. You are expected to have excellent time management skills and administration with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the recruitment process by crafting job descriptions, candidate sourcing and selection, and interview coordination.
• Develop innovative and resourceful ways of sourcing and attracting top talent.
• Provide an engaging and stellar candidate experience for all our candidates.
• Establish and maintain our company-wide talent database and update information periodically.
• Support and participate in recruiting and employer branding events and activities.
• Assist in ad-hoc TA projects, like collection of interview feedback.

Salary

NT$ 180～200 / hr

*** The minimum working days per week for interns is 3 days at least.

*** This will be a six-month-long contract.

Requirements

• Familiarity with G Suite
• Ability to work with ATS software
• Excellent written communication skills, especially in the English language
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Organized, efficient, and have good interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented, and willing to learn new tasks and subjects
• Be able to work well under pressure while displaying a high level of drive and initiative

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Greenhouse will be a plus
