WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? We are looking for a Livestream and Activation Manager to manage some of our Luxe Division brands on online channels (Marketplace, Sephora.com and other new channels if relevant) for Malaysia & Singapore. This role will be responsible for scaling our brand(s) and offering the best consumer experience online via having the best Livestreams and Activations and look for innovative/creative opportunities to grow even further.

Livestream Content management: strategize differentiated LS content & tactics across channels, draft frame for script in alignment with Brands and eCom teams.
Livestream Performance management: based on LS analysis provided by e-Distributor, provides learnings, best practices to improve performance of LS (content, source of traffic etc.) track, monitor & recommend source of traffic for livestreams across MKP and TTS
Ensure Livestream operations excellence, managing e-Distributor team: LS room set up, rehearsal & streamers appearance, monitor real time performance & recommend actions, control pace of LS, analyze post data to recommend and optimize stream.
Provide Content for Activation implementation across online channels: links & assets in suitable formats for product launches, eComm offers for online channels and CRM campaigns.
Brief and coordinate agencies to produce/adapt content for online and integrate them on the platforms for the best e-Merchandizng experience.

RELATIONS

Partner closely with Brand Marketing teams and Division Digital team.
Partner closely with e-Distributor, e-Merchandizing agency, platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tik Tok Shop, Sephora.com) as well as enablers/agencies.

Requirements

CORE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

About 3 years experience in eCommerce.
Ideally have worked within an FMCG/beauty industry.
Strong understanding of Digital/Social commerce: in tune with social digital sphere trends, proficient understanding of digital performance analytics.
Passion for brands and developing brands: thinks brand strategy, imagines disruptive ways to drive LS & online activation, strong understanding of consumer and communications.
Highly organized, with the ability to prioritise and adapt within a changing environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills to engage and build relationships with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
Can work in a fast paced, complex environment. Will have to work together with other specialists as a team to deliver results.
