Go-To-Market Activation Manager

Job Description

Summary

We are looking for a Go To Market Activation Manager who is responsible in lead the Trade Activation activities, execution and promotional plans for the assigned categories and brand portfolio. Acting as a cross-functional role to oversee the overall Trade plan in all channels. And assisting daily operational needs and brand management that support the productivity and growth of the cluster team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Retailer Activation

Lead the launch & execution by retailers, collaborating with Cluster team & KAM’s
Co-ordinate with internal teams to align on Retailer event action plans and sales targets
Work with the Retail teams to forecast and demand plan per channel/retailer to maximize growth
Collaborate with the RDVM to ensure the development of pop-ups to support and drive sales
Manage vendors & contractors to create activation material aligned to brand guidelines
Stay up to date on evolving POS beauty tech to elevate all consumer touchpoints
Reacts on business opportunities and challenges to maximize selling opportunities, keeping brand identity

2. Activation Content

Manage, oversee and approve content creation/ localisation for all activations (including Retailer requests)
Digital retail content collab with engagement

3. Reporting and Performance Tracking

Own reporting on brand activations across all sales channels, retrieving insight and sharing with cluster team
Contact point between Marketing team and Retail team

4. PLV and Sampling

Plan of PLV designs and strategy
Execute of Sampling strategy and quantities
Budget Tracking

5. GWP and Local Sets

Communicate with Product Managers to align 360 plans
Define retailer processes and guidelines with KAM’s
Plan GWP activations with Product Manager + Retail
Coordinate with sub-contractor to produce local BOM sets
Communicate with key project contacts to avoid any roadblocks and delays (escalating to Cluster team)

6. Stakeholder Collaboration

Develop plans with KAMs
Work on Retailer presentation & reviews

Requirements

Requirements

A true team player, minimum 5 years of working experience, preferably in FMCG/Beauty Industry
Strong and effective communication and relationship-building skills, together with a resilient character
Marketing savvy, with the ability to take shopper and market insights all the way through activation
Creative, with an eye for design, attention to detail along with sensitivity to metier
Process-driven and with excellent project and time management skills
Confident and enthusiastic, innovation driven
Practical and methodical approach to problem solving
Experienced working as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.
Proactive and assertive, able to prioritize and thrives in fast paced environment, demonstrating ability to drive projects to completion
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point) and able to work with numbers
