ONLINE BRAND MANAGER

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? We are looking for a Senior Online Brand Manager to manage some of our Luxe Division brands on Lazada and Shopee for Malaysia & Singapore. This role will be responsible for scaling our brand(s) on Shopee/Lazada and look for innovative/creative opportunities to grow even further.

Converts Brand strategy into an operational e-Brand Plan and ensure all digital activity is consistent with the brand objective.

Responsible for Shopee/Lazada P&L by brand, growing sell out of marketplace and budgeting to drive quality traffic and customers to marketplace stores on the right SKU at the right time.

Responsible to manage and optimizes promo allowance allocated in place aligned with Brand GM, brand objectives and eJBPs.

Responsible to manage and optimizes transactional media budget allocated in place aligned with Marketing Director, brand objectives and eJBPs.

Champions the online brand plan & align with key stakeholders (brand, cross functional & external partners) for their brand on all e-store on marketplace platforms including setting framework, strategy & staging calendar for campaigns, price, assortment, hero SKU focus, GWPs, campaign stories, bundling strategy, feed content planning, cross selling and off platform media (incl. media budget for CPAS) and in platform media.

Build overall e-store brand image including content, layout, promotions (bundles) & story. Ensures that local content is in line with regional guidelines.

Ensure operational excellence of all brand plans for each platform (Eluxe, OMS, VBOM, pricing,Ratings & Reviews) inclusive of 3rd level of escalation for customer related complaints & inquiries (1st level – eBA, 2nd level – Ops & CRM).

Constantly work on the buyer data to improve loyalty & repurchase.

Manages the BPM that oversee each brand stores on the platform to ensure platform execution excellence.

RELATIONS

Partner closely with Marketing teams.

Partner closely with Zone Digital team, especially Marketplace team.

Partner closely with Luxe Media Lead and Luxe CRM Lead.

Partner closely with Shopee, Lazada, Tik Tok Shop teams as well as enablers/agencies.

Requirements

CORE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

About 3 years experience in Marketplace.

Ideally have worked within an FMCG/beauty industry.

Highly organized, with the ability to prioritise and adapt within a changing environment.

Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills to engage and build relationships with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.

Can work in a fast paced, complex environment. Will have to work together with other specialists as a team to deliver results.
