🜚 Project internship in five major professional departments
Complete project planning and execution in two months to rapidly expand your professional skills.

🜚 3-day, 2-night LIGHT SEEKER Camp
Discover your career highlights, expand your network, and develop cross-departmental communication skills.

🜚 Colleagues connection activities
Hear from seasoned professionals about their career experiences and explore your own career path.

🜚 ESG project implementation
Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to complete ESG projects. Present your results and compete for recognition at the end-of-internship Light Seeker Day.

🜚 Presentation skills course
Industry experts will teach you the essential elements of structured planning, visual presentation, and effective communication.

🜚 Rice Cultivation Activity
Field trip to experience rice cultivation and harvesting, and participate in ESG awareness activities.

✦ Recruitment Target ✦
Priority given to recent graduates of bachelor's and master's degrees.

Internship conducted entirely in English, with a TOEIC score of 700 or above.
